[A] Saatchi Gallery [Kings Road, SW3]. {Reopening in Summer 2007). Presents work by local and international artists whose work has been rarely or never exhibited in the UK.
[B] The Wallace Collection [Hertford House, Manchester Square, W1]. Comprises 25 galleries of French 18th century painting, furniture and porcelain with superb Old Master paintings.
[C] Royal Academy of Arts [Burlington House, Piccadilly, W1]. Contains a permanent collection focusing on British art and artists, as well as numerous exhibitions and retrospectives.
[D] White Cube [25-26 Masons Yard, SW1]. One of two White Cube galleries (see below). "Cutting-edge", "prominent" and "influential" are some of the words used to describe this gallery specialising in modern, contemporary and emerging art.
[E] The Institute of Contemporary Arts [The Mall, SW1]. Its program covers visual arts, digital arts, music, cinema, talks and educational events.
[F] National Portrait Gallery [St. Martin's Place, WC2]. Oil paintings, watercolours, drawings, miniatures, sculptures, caricatures, silhouettes and photographs of men and women from British history as well as contemporary works.
[G] National Gallery, [Trafalgar Square, WC2] with exhibitions throughout the year as well as a permanent collection of significant Western European artists dating from about 1250 A.D..
[H] The Photographers' Gallery [5 Great Newport Street, WC2]
[I] Tate Britain [Millbank, SW1]. Presents an unrivalled picture of the development of art in Britain from the 16th century to the present day.
[J] Dali Universe [County Hall, SE1], a retrospective of Salvador DalĂ­, a great surrealist, self-publicist and creative genius.
[K] Somerset House [The Strand, WC2]. Houses three collections - the Gilbert collection, art from the Hermitage, (St. Petersburg), and the collection from the Courtauld Institute of Art.
[L] Hayward Gallery [Belvedere Road, SW1]. Exhibitions include paintings, sculptures, video, sound, photography and digital media from the British Arts Council Collection.
[M] Tate Modern [Bankside, SE1] - the national gallery of international modern art.
[N] Dulwich Picture Gallery [Gallery Road, SE2]. (Zoom out for this one.) Includes works by Poussin, Claude, Rubens, Murillo, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Watteau, and Gainsborough.

[P] Whitechapel Art Gallery [80-82 Whitechapel High Street, E1] stages temporary exhibitions of international modern and contemporary art.
